PERSONAL TRAINING: I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether your goals are to lose weight, increase strength and muscle tone, increase flexibility, improve sports performance or just beginning a general fitness routine I can help. I will begin with an assessment of your current fitness level and based on this information I will design a program that is right for you. I will keep you motivated, focused and moving forward towards your goals.
POST REHABILITATION: Designed for those who need continued strengthening and conditioning after physical therapy or chiropractic care is completed. As a Physical Therapist I will be able to provide a smooth transition to this important phase. This program is appropriate for anyone with chronic conditions (Low back, osteoarthritis) or anyone recovering from surgery such as rotator cuff repair, total hip and knee replacements as well as ACL injuries.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE: Programs are designed for athletes of all ages and ability levels from the "weekend warrior" to the "competitive athlete." Whether your sport is running, golfing, baseball or football I will implement a sport specific program geared to improve performance and prevent injury. It is important for an athlete to properly train and achieve their full potential without the risk of injury. As a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist I can effectively provide this type of service.
